Matt started Willard\u2019s in 2015 with a single ice cream machine and a whole lot of heart. What began with an appreciation for quality ingredients and community connection has grown into two neighbourhood shops, with the flagship Main Street location opening in 2018.<\/p>\n

Over 200 flavours later, Matt and his incredible team continue to keep the scoops coming and the good vibes going.<\/p>\n

From perfecting the classics to dreaming up wild creations like Roasted Garlic or Parmesan, Matt hopes to spark curiosity and creativity in others \u2014 in whatever form that may take. For him, Willard\u2019s is more than just a business. It\u2019s a way to make a difference in the city he loves, one scoop and smile at a time.<\/p>\n

We ask for at least one week\u2019s notice so we can fit it into our production schedule, but feel free to reach out if you\u2019re on a tighter timeline.
